Among the technological focus, the end-of-line section presents the new I-GV (Intelligent Guided Vehicle), developed entirely in-house and designed for the handling of load units of any size. Remaining in the end-of-line area, handling is assigned to Rotostore, a 4+1 automatic robot equipped with a robotic arm featuring a double row of suction cups, a patented system which ensures high performance.

As for digital decoration, System Ceramics offers two important implementations within the Creadigit Infinity range:

• Infinity SKY, with bars each equipped with a pneumatic lifting mechanism and a protection system that can be activated when not in use, along with a self-maintenance process to keep the printheads in optimal condition.
•  Infinity DRY, the new digital grit and powder depositing system with selective operation, with decorative digital bars integrated with those for grit into a single module, allowing granules and powders to be deposited in specific points on designated areas, creating multiple variations of digital designs.

A significant upgrade also involves Digiglaze, with the ability to handle formats up to large slabs with sizes of up to 1800 cm.

Finally, Genesis is making a comeback as a proven and successful solution, making full-body three-dimensional decoration possible, with digital control of the discharge of the colored atomized powders in different selected points of the slab, according to the graphics set.
