The Association provides assistance to member companies on the following matters: • compulsory social security schemes; • procedures with national and local social security and welfare institutions (INPS, INAIL, Enasarco); • advice on supplementary pension schemes (FONCER) and additional healthcare provision (FASIE) provided for under the sector’s National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
FONCER FONCER is the occupational pension fund for employees in the Italian ceramic tile and refractory materials industries, established under agreements between Confindustria Ceramica and the relevant trade unions.
The Fund operates on a not-for-profit basis and aims to supplement the state pension through an individual defined contribution pension scheme, financed by employees’ severance pay entitlements (TFR) and contributions from both employees and employers, in accordance with the provisions of collective agreements.
FONCER offers its members a range of investment options, tax benefits and the possibility of accessing advance payments and pension benefits under the conditions laid down by law, helping them achieve greater financial security in retirement.
