ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Art. 2 - PURPOSES

1. In compliance with the confederal provisions governing the allocation of roles and services among the components of the system, the Association aims to:

  • a) bring together member companies and establish relations of cooperation and mutual support among them in order to promote and protect their common interests;
  • b) promote, within society and among entrepreneurs in the represented sectors, awareness of social and civic values and of the behaviours proper to entrepreneurship within the context of a free and developing society;
  • c) represent, within the limits of these Articles of Association, member companies in their cultural, economic and productive development in their relations with institutions and public authorities, as well as with economic, political, trade union and social organisations at national, European and international level;
  • d) safeguard the trade union interests of the sector, participate in collective bargaining, enter into general agreements affecting the sector and, in particular, represent the sector in labour relations by concluding relevant agreements and national collective labour contracts;
  • e) assist member companies, upon request, in all matters not conflicting with the Association’s purposes, resolve disputes among them and between them and third parties, and promote agreements aimed at improving cooperation among members;
  • f) inform member companies and third parties, including through publications and periodicals, on all matters relating to the life of the industry, particularly with regard to commercial, fiscal, technical and labour legislation;
  • g) encourage the development of information and publications that may contribute to a greater understanding of the represented sectors;
  • h) study and promote solutions to commercial, economic, technical and tax-related issues common to member companies;
  • i) study, support, promote, establish or participate in initiatives, institutions, consortia or companies useful for the scientific, technical, cultural, economic and commercial development of the represented sectors; enhance and strengthen its capacity to represent growth and development policies consistent with those of the overall system and shared among the various sectors represented;
  • j) activate innovative services, including through the establishment of collaborations and partnerships with external bodies;
  • k) provide services considered strategic, in accordance with the quality standards defined by Confindustria;
  • l) adopt appropriate tools for listening to its membership base and for improving both internal and external communication.

BUDGET AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The financial statements—final accounts for 2024 and the budget for 2025—were approved by the General Assembly on 10 June 2025.
