Cersaie

The services provided by the Association in relation to Cersaie are numerous. Below is a summary list of activities organised by target group.

For exhibitors
Through the organisational secretariat of Cersaie, Edi.Cer. SpA - a company controlled by Confindustria Ceramica - the Association carries out a range of activities for the organisation and operation of the exhibition, summarised below:

contractual relations with BolognaFiere and its subsidiaries;
preparation of documentation and contracts for exhibitors and suppliers;
company scouting and sale of exhibition space;
administrative management of relations with BolognaFiere, suppliers and exhibitors;
commercial promotion and marketing activities aimed at exhibitors and visitors;
management and coordination of exhibiting companies and the technical press;
preparation of the exhibition layout for exhibitor allocation according to a defined plan;
coordination with BolognaFiere’s digital platforms for exhibitor services, and technical and logistical organisation during set-up, the exhibition itself and dismantling;
planning and management of the on-site advertising programme across all media, including the sale of advertising space;
development, production and distribution of printed and communication materials for the event;
collection, monitoring and processing of visitor access data and data related to the Cersaie website;
management of the www.cersaie.it website, including the development and implementation of new services for exhibitors;
monitoring and management of the Cersaie App and Cersaie iBusiness App, available to exhibitors to track visitor attendance at their stands.

For member companies

Cersaie Business initiative, which brings international architecture, interior design and contract studios to visit the exhibition and exhibiting companies;
special trains from Modena and Reggio Emilia with discounted fares for member companies.
