Confindustria Ceramica places strong emphasis on career guidance through the development of initiatives and training pathways dedicated to upper secondary schools, aimed at introducing teachers and students to the world of industry and the skills required by companies. In close collaboration with schools in the Ceramic District, it promotes projects related to ceramics that are aligned with students’ study programmes. These activities can be recognised within the compulsory hours required under PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Career Guidance).
