Universities and Postgraduate Education

Confindustria Ceramica promotes collaboration between universities and companies, both during degree programmes and at postgraduate level, by supporting and organising the following activities:

• Ceramic modules: guest lectures and company visits as part of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes;
• Career days: events dedicated to connecting students and graduates with companies;
• Master’s Programme in Ceramic Industry and Technology: in collaboration with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE) and the University of Bologna (UNIBO), Confindustria Ceramica organises an advanced training programme aimed at developing a multidisciplinary professional with expertise in the ceramic industry and technology, including specific knowledge of sector dynamics, product management and manufacturing processes.
