At Klimahouse 2026 (28–31 January, Bolzano), Confindustria Ceramica – Brick Manufacturers Group will present a stand dedicated to the sustainability of clay bricks, inspired by the Ceramics of Italy campaign. On 30 January, a panel discussion will also be held on the new Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for construction and on the ecological transition, with the participation of member companies exhibiting at the fair.

From 28 to 31 January 2026, Bolzano will host Klimahouse 2026, the international trade fair dedicated to energy efficiency and sustainable construction.

Confindustria Ceramica will take part in Klimahouse 2026 – taking place in Bolzano from 28 to 31 January – with a twofold commitment focused on quality of life and environmental protection in the construction sector: an in-depth session on the new CAM for construction, published in the Official Gazette and entering into force on 2 February 2026, to be held on the Klimahouse Stage; and an exhibition stand conceived as a space for dialogue and discovery, where the sustainability actions promoted by the Ceramics of Italy “I Choose Responsible” campaign will be presented, along with projects in which clay bricks respond consistently and effectively to today’s essential environmental responsibility goals, demonstrating the importance of maintaining a strong link between tradition and innovation.

The stand (Hall AB – Stand B11/26) will not only be an information area, but also an engaging and surprising experience. Through selected products, carefully balanced elements and a few unexpected touches, visitors will be invited to reflect – even with a taste of “sweetness” – on the characteristics of clay bricks, their multiple performance features, and the real “weight” of these qualities in the journey towards truly sustainable construction.
An unconventional way to present and explore a material that continues to inspire.

On Friday 30 January, from 10:30 to 11:15 am, on the Klimahouse Stage, Confindustria Ceramica will organize the meeting “CAM 2025: regulatory updates and industrial applications”, dedicated to the new 2025 Minimum Environmental Criteria, which introduce significant updates for designers, companies and stakeholders across the construction supply chain. After an overview of the main regulatory changes by Architect Caterina Gargari, three exhibiting member companies will share their experiences — Emanuele Serventi (Fornaci Laterizi Danesi, Hall CD – Stand C19/04), Mario Cunial (Industrie Cotto Possagno, Hall CD – Stand D26/04) and Raffaella Ciarlo (wienerberger, Hall CD – Stand D26/08) — presenting industrial solutions already fully compliant with the new environmental requirements.

Klimahouse will also provide the opportunity to launch the new trademark for roofing tiles for ventilated and breathable roofs, developed as part of the European LIFE SuperHero project: high-performance innovative solutions capable of improving thermal comfort without mechanical systems, reducing energy demand for cooling, and increasing climate resilience in cities.
